Here’s how our service works: you can choose to pay for our services in advance before you actually need them. You can spread the cost over time by making fixed regular payments leading up to your pet’s cremation. If you have a change of heart, we offer a refund of the full amount you paid. You can choose to make weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments based on what works best for you.

If you have multiple pets, you can create a single plan that covers all of them. You’ll make regular payments up to a maximum amount of your choice. When you need our services, we’ll deduct the appropriate amount from the funds you’ve accumulated in your plan. Alternatively, we can set up separate plans for each of your pets.
